Abstract

|
Polymyalgia rheumatica is a clinical syndrome that characterically affects an elderly
population and is manifested as proximal limb girdle myalgia, stiffness, constitutional
syndrome and an elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate.
We report one case of polymyalgia rheumatica combined with benign monoclonal
gammopathy.
